A unique design, the primary feature of the building is to keep the elevation as simple as possible yet grant it a sense of timelessness. The location of an electrical pole in the SW of the site provided a unique challenge of designing a balcony, closed in the front and open on the sides and on top which added an addition feature to the concept of play of light and its properties on neutral colors balancing the contrasts of black and white.
